Wow Marlow Hunter had a Hunter 31 and 42 and 37 and Pilot 47.
I was very impressed with the quality of the new Marlow Hunter at this boat show for sure
and really really liked the 37 for sure.
I am also glad that I got my H-36 in 2007 and the new Hunters are really well built with quality
craftsmanship and I guess that great craftsmanship and everything looked perfect and that is why the $$$$$.

Not many sailboats at the show this year. Very disappointing. Power boats all over the place, though. That tilting helm on the H-47 was very innovative. Tilts about 30-40 degrees port and starboard so no matter where you sit, you have the wheel right there. Liked the SEA-DEK non-skid, but wonder how long it would last in a harsh marine environment and what the brutal sun here in FL. would do to it.
Unless the show brings in more sailboats and vendors, I'm afraid this may be my last one. Glad I scored BOGO tickets. Sixteen bucks a pop is pretty steep. And, they only serve Bud beer. :( What's up with that?
The best part of the show, however, was meeting and talking with Peggy Hall. Also bought her book. Thanks for all the great info, Peggy. Now, I just have to get my butt in gear and re-install my holding tank. The fun never ends.

Second Rolands comment. The vendors were really low. I was hoping for some electronics discussions and there was literally no one present. I'm also not in the hundreds of thousands market so while the view was pleasant it wasn't practical. Really not worth the trip for me. Not planning on a return.

Went with about 10 sailors from Punta Gorda sailing club and had a pretty good time
and went to some good talks and really like looking for accessories and not looking to buy a new boat but enjoy looking at the new models for sure.
