Hello all VEGAtarians and a special Happy St. Patrick's Day to all the
Irish. Despite my last name, I was born in Dublin and true to our heritage,
my mother phoned me this morning to wish me the best. She and my father
winter in Mexico and they wondered, as they looked out over the ocean, when
we were going to sail, trailer, truck Lyra to the Sea of Cortez and spend
some time with them. Of course the call came on Sunday morning as I was
sitting at my computer looking through the photographs of the Rendezvous
2002 on the CD that I had just received on Friday.
Chuck, you have truly provided a fantastic volume of information on the new
CD. It is fabulous to have all that knowledge on one disk. I can't believe
the number of photographs that Laura and you must have taken. It is beyond
great, I am speechless. What a reminder of the fun and camaraderie that we
shared at Port Browning. For those of you that are just reviewing these
shots, this in itself is a snapshot of the friendships that began at the
rendezvous. I hope we all have the chance to meet in the future.
Thanks to Chuck for all the work, I know that Laura too is responsible for
many of the shots because as every VEGAtarian knows, in front of a good man,
is a great women!
And...has anyone considered (or done something similar) tailoring their Vega
to the Sea of Cortez?
Cheers and Thanks
