It is not exactly what you are looking for but if you want a lunch before the hook comes up try La Maison sur la Port. It is in downtown Marigot just across the street from the water where the road turns to head toward the ferry. Their rabbit in mustard sauce is as good as it gets and it is 6 bucks if on special.
Wonderful restaurants, especially in Grand Case. We looked at the menus of all before deciding on the Auberge Gourmande. It was a superb, memorable meal. Although the sailing is great there, try to spend some time ashore exploring the island. Enjoy. What charter company are you using?
