St. Horizon 2150 vhs/AIS to C95

I'm trying to connect my stand horizon vhf/ais to my raymarine c95 chartplotter to show ais data on the chartplotter. This might be asking a lot but can anyone give me the schematic, specifically color coded. I believe there is about 5 wires that must connnect.

I can probably figure it out if you post the two devices wiring diagrams including color codes.

This is what I have in my notes:

Set VHF baud rate to 38400 set Raymarine port 1 to high speed baud of 38400

VHF PLOTTER
Gray = White/IN +ve
Green = Green/IN -ve (jumpered with Brown/OUT -ve Ray end)
Blue = Yellow/OUT +VE
Brown = Not used

Use the image and table below when connecting to a gps Chart Plotter which has two or more NMEA 0813 ComPorts.

Radio Wires Plotter Connection
Gray:NMEA output (+) NMEA IN (+)
Blue: NMEA input (+) NMEA out (+)
Green: NMEA common (+) NMEA Common (-)
Brown: NMEA Output (+) NMEA – HS IN (+)
Note: HS = 38400 baud

White – External Speaker (+) Positive wire of a 4 Ohm External Speaker
Shield – External Speaker (-) Neg wire of a 4 Ohm external Speaker
Red – PA Speaker (+) Positive wire of a 4 Ohm PA Speaker (horn)
Shield – PA Speaker (-) Negative wire of a 4 Ohm PA speaker (horn)
Green- NMEA Ground GPS chart Plotter NMEA 0183 common
Blue – NMEA GPS input (+) GPS Chart Plotter NMEA 0183 output positive wire *1
Gray- NMEA DSC Output (+) GOS Chart Plotter NMEA 0183 input positive wire *1
Brown – AIS DATA Output (+) GPS Chart Plotter NMEA input positive wire *2
