SSB FCC forms?

Just got anIcom M710 SSB. I ahve a FCCship license, but it doesn't include SSB. Does anybody know what form I have to fill out to include SSB?ThanksBrianCREW REST

Brian, I made the mistake of doing it on paper and after a long time without reply I decided to do it on line. They have very good phone help if you have problems. I got my licenses in 2 days.
