Does anyone have a good recommendation on clamps to use to mount solar panels to 1" SS tubing. I have found these that have been recommended. Anyone have any better suggestions?

We used 4 Gemini clamps on the 1" tubes to hold aluminum angle, the panel was bolted to that. It all sits above the bimini. Emarine sell parts and kits for mounting panels, they can provide advice as well, https://www.emarineinc.com/categories/Solar-Mounting-Solutions

The clamps you show look like a deal. The alloy is not the best for salt water but should be useable.

We used the plastic clamps from eMarine.

They are currently 3 years old and still performing. With stainless steel bimini framing and aluminum panel rails, we decided we wanted an insulating connection between the bimini and solar panels. Maybe it was overkill but we don't have corrosion anywhere around our panels.

eMarine really needs better pictures of this item. The top piece is predrilled for 3 mounting holes but they don't show them.

Good point. We used nylon washers to insulate the aluminum from the stainless bolts.

One other point, try not to drill any new holes in the solar panel frame. That voids the warranty on most of them.

Very similar to what I used on mine:

Two years going, and been fine for mine. I like having the easy-to-remove option.

I use King Starboard for rail clamps. This is very easy to make. Drill a one inch hole in it, and then cut through the middle of it. TOO easy, and nearly free if you have some scraps..
