You guys are LATE!

I took advantage of the spring weather in Feb and March. The marina didn't even have the water on yet. What I typically do is bring down a big 5 gal water jug, and a deck sprayer. Then I also use the jugs left over from winterization.

Bottom cleaning complete! (left overs from the power washing...)
Hull is already "pre-waxed"!
Cutlass bearing replaced!
Shaft packing replaced!
Companionway boards stripped and re-coated.
New prop ordered today!

I have 1.5 days of work remaining until I can splash.
-1 round of cleaner wax
-1 round of high gloss wax
-VC 17 (easy to apply) on the bottom.

Now the bad news, Select Plastics is going to make me wait until 1st or 2nd week of April for my hatch cover to return....

Otherwise I would splash next week!

I started "spring maintenance" in early January.... We usually get a few warmish days in mid-winter here and I try to use them to get some below-the-waterline work done on my boat. We expect to have some temps in the upper 60s toward the end of this week. Is so, I stand ready, with roller in hand, to bottom paint. Hope to be back in the drink on March 30th. Hope to see all of you on the water soon...!

I just have to coat the small epoxy repair on the keel with primer than bottom paint the whole boat, topsides already waxed (arms are still sore),zincs and I'm ready to hang in the straps so I can paint and inspect the keel centerboard than get wet on the 26th then we'll start on the rest of the list

Not late at all - never hauled. Only need to crank the engine and I'm sailing .... the rest is pretty much cosmetics!

Got a lot done. I put a new macerator pump in, finally wired my bilge pump correctly, and installed a few foot pump for my ice box. Hopefully my halyards will be in from Cajun ropes by next Sunday when I plan to go back down to the docks for some more spring maintenance. I am really tempted to crank the engine and put some sails up soon.
