Spring is around the corner: What upgrades have you planned?

Very excited to get underway with the springtime upgrades - got the old girl up and onto the hardtop today.

I know the "winter doldrums" won't last forever - and I've been sitting here, thinking of the best upgrades to do to my boat for the upcoming season. I'm curious if you guys have similar thoughts on your mind?

I'm planning for a haul-out in the coming weeks, and some upgrades to add some comfort to my Puget Sound cruising:

Important -
-new bottom paint
-new zincs and anti-freeze

Useful -
-fix that pesky, malfunctioning hull speed transducer, maybe upgrading to an 'all-in-one' speed, depth and temp unit. That way I'll have a spare thru-hull to put one of those cool LED lights for my scuba diving
-dingy davits (Martek 370), so I don't have to drag my RIB around everywhere and can carry my scuba gear more easily
-3,500 watt inverter (Xantrex), so I can use that handy microwave while off the dock.
-LED deck lights from the spreaders
-wiring for detachable, folding solar panel

Fun -
-put in some music speakers in the cockpit

Wishes for -
-folding prop
-refrigeration

What do you have planned?

cockpit speakers and a bimini, maybe tied into the dodger. Air conditioning, and convert my running lights to led. Maybe a new depth and knot meter.

I scored a set of davits off craiglist a couple of weeks ago. I had been checking CL and ebay every day since November. I missed out once but got lucky the second time. Looking forward to putting these guys on my C30.

While my "love" is still sleeping for the winter (should be in the water 1st week of May), my list for this year is as follows (rather short)
- install BM1 battery monitor
- new radial jib
- couple little repairs, mostly wood refinishing
Can't wait!!!

I am installing rails around the cockpit this spring. This is 95% complete as I ran out of fittings and had to order more. This will be followed by stantions and lifelines as I can.

after last years upgrades i am the proud owner of the only 2012 oday 31 in existence so i dont plan any for this year. oh..wait...its 2013 now...maybe perch seats...and.....
