Spring commishining

What do you folks normallly do to or change in your inboard diesel before each spring/summer sailing season?

Just got a big spare parts kit from Universal, wondering what I should use.
Belt, fuel filter, oil filter, etc.

Spring commissioning checklists vary depending on where you live. Assuming you are up north, as a minimum:
the belt should be inspected and tight or replaced if worn. Fuel filter drained of water and filter replaced. Oil should have been changed in the Fall along with the filter. Water pump impeller should be replaced annually, typically in Spring. Inspect every electrical connection. Check steering quadrant, linkages and cable. Lube shut off cable.
