In the Northwest, it is good to remember that Spring is the time of rain showers that bring April flowers.
This year's Spring Sailing Break looks to be a mixture of weather. The temps will be moderate, in the mid to upper 50's F (low teens C) during the daylight hours.
Overall, the picture is wet, with cloudy overtones for the week.
Good news: With winds coming up from the South for the first half of the week you should be able to sail from Olympia to the San Juan's. Watch the tidal currents as the breezes are looking good for Monday but fading as the week progresses. This is driven by the good-sized Low in the Gulf of Alaska.
Using the NOAA GFS model and then Windy's Euro model, the start of the week looks like this.

This will bring southerly winds and warm, moist temps early in the week. As the Low cell moves onto the Canadian coast, a High cell nudging up from the SW will bring clearing skies later in the week. Sunshine is looking favorable for Thursday and Friday. With the advancement of the high pressure, you could see the winds die to calm as they swing around to the NE at week's end.
Good luck to all.
Make some memories and go sailing.
