Spreaders on a Caliber 28 angle up or down?

I've had my Caliber 28 out of the water for a few years. Just relaunching her and can't remember which way the spreaders go. Any help would be appreciated.

Never "down"

Level is acceptable, if you must...
Best by far is a few degrees up angle. The end of each spreader should bisect the angle from the upper section to the lower section of the shroud.
