Supplier - depends on where your sailboat is berthed, unless you are willing to pay travel time OR drive the sailboat to a canvas shop located at a marina. Most canvas shops are located in a marina, at least our area.
Cost - the question of cost came up on this recent thread: New Dodger | Sailboat Owners Forums. To confirm the cost, suggest obtaining a quote from your canvas supplier.
