I've got what looks like water spots on some of my SS tubing. I tried Collinite metal polish and was able to remove a good part of them, but some of the spots are stubborn. Any recommendations on removing? This is a fresh water sailed boat.

SS cleaning

Hi Ken, I've had very good results cleaning SS using Bar Keepers Friend. Most full size grocery stores carry the product in their cleaning section. Be sure to wear gloves.

The best SS polish I have every used is made by Snap-On. This is the tool company. It comes in a small tine box and it is better than anythink else on the market. I could not believe the differance in this product vs the others I have tried. Try it and you will be hooked. Good luck.

Dale,

Can you order it online? I don't have access to Snap On vendors (I was a heavy machinery mechanic in another life and used their tools - expensive but took huge amounts of abuse).
I'm going to start with SD's suggestion and work my way through the list depending on results.
