Splitting Halyard restrainer, hardware replacement needed

Climbed my mast and inspected the pulleys and lines on Sunday, Noticed a 3/4" split in my jib halyard restrainer. The rope is buried deep into the fracture and is beginning to chafe.

I looked for identification marks and a brand name and only saw a part number stamp. 508135. There are only 2 bolt holes on this part and they are opposing each other on a diagonal. I've looked on-line for an hour already and hope to next day the replacement part as soon as it's located.

Harken makes one with a small, wide sheave. Less friction, more better. I would think you can get one here at SBO.

It would help if you said who made the mast and the roller furling unit (if any) if you really want an exact replacement or posted a photo of the part.

Screws to use to attach the restrainer to the mast.

I'm wondering who to ask as to the specific screws to use to connect the restrainer.
