Spinnaker size for heavy air

I am searching for a symmetrical spinnaker for my Hunter 34 for racing San Francisco Bay which is usually heavy air. My boat is pretty tender so I want to be careful not to get overpowered. In my experience crewing, the heavy air spins are a little smaller than full size. With an I = 47.42 ft and J = 13.75 ft what kind of luff and foot dimensions should I be thinking about for a heavy air spin?

my 2 cents

Sailing my '79 H33, I never used a spinnaker, however, going back to my dinghy racing days (International 14's) We had our "standard" chute, and a "heavy air" chute. It might go without saying, don't just consider size, but also keep material in mind.

Narrower (10-20%) for sure. Can be a bit shorter as well. If you are having a new one cut, it needs to be less full in the shoulders, and flatter. 0.75oz nylon at least, maybe 1.50oz.

Twings will really help clamp it down and keep it under control.
