Spinnaker on a H216 without a bow sprit?

To help promote our new Hunter Trailerable dealership, we ran across a brand new H216 on our Sponsors back lot. Cleaned up and buffed out, it looks like brand new.

We have started racing her in the local PHRF club races, first race 3rd in class and 11th overall out of 21 boats 21' - 41'. I think our first try was respectable.

We would like to fly a spinnaker, but the boat came without a bow sprit. Any suggestions?

I would buy the spinnaker kit from Hunter. The kit should have everything you need. I bought my boat used and had the kit installed by Crazy Dave. The kit is well worth it.

The hunter kit looks fine. And if you have connections at hunter maybe even better. The hunter sprit looks like it might be based on the 70mm Selden model, which you can buy anywhere for about 600 bucks.

If I correctly understood, the question is, can you get the spinnaker bowsprit seperately from the kit. The kit also included saill, hardware, bowsprit, instructions and so forth.
