Spinnaker for a New (2004) 260 Okay, I have sailed my new 260 for a season now and it is time to make some changes. The lake I sail on is almost perfectly aligned east/west and I wind up doing a lot of running. I have decided it is time for a Spinnaker! I had the boat built with all the require rigging. I would like to know what the group’s experiences are with Spinnakers in general, what size do I need, what manufacturers are best, and any other pieces of wisdom that you can share, so I make the right purchase the first time! Thanks in advance for all your help! Bill Sieber S/V Endeavour

Can you tell me about your rigging?

Rigging

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have the factory standard rigging for a spinnaker which includes a spinnaker halyard, two spinnaker sheets and four sets of blocks. Two of the blocks hook into the stern pulpit below the life line attachment point in that little triangle that is there. I have not checked the manual yet to see where the other ones go. Bill
