spinnaker dimensions

I own a 1986 25.5 and have been shopping for used asymetrical spinnakers.I can't seem to find any reference to how to calculate the measurements based onthe I and J for my boat. Does anyone have a formula or perhaps experience their ownsails that could help me out.Thanks
