Glenn, I have seen h23 in that age range list from $5500 to $8500 with trailer and motor. I depends how well kept the boat is, whats in the sail inventory(and condition) and what electronics are included. I purchased(stole) my 88 h23 last year for $4000. The previous owner didn't even try to clean it up first. He left the jib on the furler all winter (without sun protection) and the floor boards were floating in rain water on the cabin floor. The bottom hadn't been painted in a few years .. ect... I It all depends on how much work you want to put in and how well you beat up the salesman.
