My fuel tank seems to be 23 gallons, but the specifications in the Oday site say 40 gallons. I´m making a measurement error or are there two different sizes?. Hope to contact other 37f owners.

Different tank
Maybe the original tank was replaced, that was the case for my ODay 32 cause I think the stock tanks were steel or alum. and now I have a plastic tank that's in the place of the original and it's a lot smaller cause it would fit down the storage area with out taking half the boat apart,funny just yesterday I was looking this whole tank operation and was wondering if I could put a larger one so I can relace the cheap tank thats without a gauge.

We have a 37. I always assumed the tank held about twenty gallons because it took 17 when the guage said less that quarter full. Then I noticed that the manual says 40 gallons. So this year I am going to measure the tank. Seems to me that a vessel that has tankage for 150 gallons of water should carry more than twenty gallons of fuel.
