Well...

I wasn't impressed with my flimsy plastic speaker arch so I fabricated a new replacement out of solid teak with a CNC machine in the shop. Looks great tbh. But I seemed to have lost the stainless S-bracket used to mount the original speaker arch.

  1. Does anybody have one they want to sell me?
  2. Did anybody get around this by mounting their speakers another way?

Here's my posting on exactly the same subject: New Hunter arch panel.
I had to shorten the brackets. Are you saying that the brackets in your picture are now lost?
BTW: your pictures look almost exactly like what's under my arch. I decided that with the portable bluetooth stereos that are available now (which I have a very cheap version of), I didn't want to put the speakers up there again. I went with just the lights, as you can see from my posting.

I had thought carefully about installing speakers in the arch along with a light. My practical wife said 'Why Bother? Get cheap blue toothed rechargeable speakers and a 'stick'em up' rechargeable battery powered light. Got two of these lights at Home Depot. Still working after 15 years. Speakers are designed for the shower and came with suction cups. Total project cost about $35.00. Wife has more sense than I do. Her last mistake was saying "I do' 46 years ago.
