Unfortunately, we had a spammer get lucky last night and sneak an email through our list server; it was sent to our Monday email list for subscribers on SailboatOwners.com. You may have received it late Saturday night. The reasons this happened are technical and boring, but suffice it to say we have made changers to make sure it won't happen again. No data was compromised and there was no security breach. Please accept our most sincere apologies. Our privacy policy has not changed: We never make your address available to anyone, any time. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me directly: phil@sailboatowners.com Ph.

If it filters out as SPAM...

...I never bother to look at it anyway.

Eh...

what was the nature of the spam, so we can determine which it was?

Damn Spam! *grr

Thank goodness Phil keeps those sub-human spammers (for the most part) off of this forum. Peggy is exactly correct it's the less than 1% who bite on this stuff that keeps our e-mail boxes stuffed. How I'd love to be at a party and have a fellow guest admit they use spam as a marketing tool. Ooooo I shiver to think of the revenge I'd wreak. Mike
