Source for used/salvage winches

I recently bought an '81 O'Day 30 and would like to replace the genoa winches ( barient 21) with used ( I am not made of money ) 2 speed winches, preferably about #40. Can anyone point me to a source other than e-bay which is too hit or miss for me.ThanksAnd thanks for all the responses to my previous topicSteve
