Good Morning all, I sail an 75 Oday 25 with a vire 7 horse inboard 2 stroke and am looking to knock down some of the noise the old girl produces. Still runs good although she is loud and am considering enclosing the engine compartemnt. I have a couple of concerns, one is the heat produced by the motor and the other is accessibilty. We all know thing will normally fail at the least opportune time. I was wondering what folks have used that was both cost effective and and easy installed and maintaned. I have looked at applications not speciific to boating i.e. automotive sound deadner and the likes. If you have any suggestions I am all ears. Thanks, and lets be careful out there! S/V Whisperwill
