The other eve after work, had a picnic at the local Denver pond (Cherry Creek). Wife and I cooked while kids age 13, 15 took the Hobie Adventure Island out. 13 YO son took the dog out for "just a tiny run" - bad kid, went further than he was supposed to, probably pissed off the folks keel boat racing..

Of course it's related... lots of pictures of sailboats.... great shots.

I'm sure the keel boats will survive another day.... great to see your son out enjoying and having a good time sailing and going to the dogs... ;)

Nice shots. Cherry Creek is a nice Lakelet, more than a pond :). I used to sail Victoria's J22s at Cherry, now my C22 is at Carter. The tri looks like a good kid boat - I make mine risk a swim off the Laser ;) .

Probably, I know I'd get upset if my "big bucks" pond racer was passed by a 15 YO kid & his dog in a plastic kayak with outriggers and a saran wrap sail.;)
