I AGREE!

Jim: I didn't get a picture but I did go sailing on Saturday. I'm crewing on a Nicholson 33 out of Herrington Harbour this summer. We went out Saturday afternoon for the first time this season after a spring of prepping the boat. We tried out 3 new sails, practiced sail changes, and spinnaker gibes. Perfect weather for getting to know the new boat. We have a practice race on Wednesday night. Whoo Hoo, I am SO happy! Markdb

I was "doing it" too!

I agree, life IS grand *5 This is a picture of the sunrise over Gwynn Island this past Sunday Morning (4/25/04). Gwynn Island is at the mouth of the Piankatank River (just south of the Rappahannock River). Regards, -Jim- s/v Forever

Mark, Glad to hear you are getting your butt wet again. I can see the smile from here!! Jim, Bet you were looking at the same sunset Sat evening! Sunday turned out to be a blast. Had Java on a reach hitting 7.3kts. First mate began yelling something about getting tired of seeing water out the window!! Jim S/V Java

Rub it in.

It's supposed to snow tomorrow evening on Lake Erie! Ladylove sits on her cradle ready to go though. Maybe by May 1.

Jim, Re: photos

Hi Jim, I can't find the image files on our server, nor the folders they should be in. While a tech bug is _always_ possible, the evidence suggests you may be clicking the wrong link after viewing the test of your photo. Something is causing the image and its directory be deleted, I think, and the wrong link will do exactly that. Are you using the beta forums or the original forum? If you don't mind, please answer via email; phil@sailboatowners.com Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience. ph.

Oh Ed! Snow? We just took the boat out. At least

80 degrees on Puget Sound. But no wind. I'm getting to be a real fan of global warming.

never stopped

Never stopped all year round, even when it was in the 40's. Didn't go out when it low's were in the teens. But I was there. Best wind around here is feb to early may.

Noooo Mark...

I'm a newbie sailor and took that in the Chesapeake Bay area. I think an Australia trip *yks is probably many (if ever) years away for me :) Regards, -Jim- s/v Forever

Sorry Jim Smith

I meant Jim Seamans. It has been an on going saga between Jim and myself for I would dearly like to meet the man in person and have been trying to kid him into coming down under for a few years now.
