The PO of my boat used sail repair tape to strengthen some area of weak stitching on one of my jibs. I have the ability to sew these weak spots but, I don't know what solvent I can safely use on the dacron to remove the sticky residue from the tape. If anyone has safely used a solvent on sails I would love to know what worked. Thanks
