I am looking at installing solar panels, considering two 140 watt panels. any recomendations appreciated from experience.

Yes, under the "Boat Info" tab "Owner Modifications" model "31" "Solar Panels" there is a short article and picture of my installation... mine are 85W.
For 180W I would install them fore and aft instead.
They've been there for four years now and have held well through all weather and have been left on in winter.
My boat is on a mooring and the fridge is on for all the nav season; I never plug in even when cruising.
