I’m looking for suggestions on installing a rack for solar panels on my 2000 Hunter 380 that has a crome radar arch. I have 2 semi flexible solar panels (that I might have to replace) that were attached to the Bimini top via screws going through the canvas, but I’m getting new canvas and don’t want to put holes in it.

Attach some metal or magnets to the panels and then a rare earth magnet on the inside of the canvas. No holes. The panels stay put.

You can attach the solar using one of the following: a clear pocket in the canvas since they are flexible, a frame that attaches to your bimini frame or attach them to your arch

Flexible panels have a short life when installed on a flexible surface. The small wires inside the panel will break when subjected to repeated flexing. Flexible panels will work on a curved surface if the surface is hard, like the top of a hard dodger or cabin top.

A rigid panel on the arch will be your best option.

Photos of your arch will allow us to make suggestions on how to mount the panels.
