Sneaking up on a circumnavigation

I crossed my outbound track at the Point Wilson light.

I arrived back in Port Ludlow yesterday evening. I was greeted by a curious sea lion.

45 days, 800 or so nautical miles (haven't added them up yet) and 169 engine hours. Amazing trip. It really requires twice as many days. I'll be back to explore farther. Haida Gwaii and points north still beckon.

Next time take more time, explore more of the inside passages and enjoy greater rewards. I want to do it again too but at eighty I don’t know how many opportunities are left.
