Smoothing out the keel

I just purchased a 1983 Catalina 30. Before I paint the bottom, I want to fill in the slight crack where the keel meets the hull. Any ideas what I should use to fill in the crack? I will be painting with Woolsey Hydrocoat. Thanks for any help. Hunt

3M 5200

Strip or sand the area of all bottom paint, and allow the crack to dry if there's water present. Heat lamps could help or a hair dryer. Then inject some 3M 5200 and smooth it down.
