We use KO in our head. I've noticed that through the summer we have no odor assuming I keep up with regular pumpouts. But each of the last 2 Fall seasons we start to detect odor. If I commission early enough in the Spring, I seem to notice it then too, until warmer weather comes to pass.I wondered if the KO bacteria actions are slowed by cooler temperatures as are most biological/biochemical processes? Any thoughts/suggestions, Peggy? Would there be any point in upping the amount of KO in the holding tank during these cooler weather parts of the season or is that not going to matter?
