So , not sure how many here do their own rope work, but I needed to get a new pendant line for the center board, D&R had them but I decided to make my own. Bought the double braid and a 5/16" fid , took some huffing and puffing but I have an eye splice
Like I said, small victories just quite proud of that little eye splice,lol

If I can figure out how to get the picture to show, it's all yours, the eye splice is easy than picture posting! lol

That's cool! It's one of the more difficult splices because of the small size.

Did you use the correct size shackle? Stuck boards occur when it is oversized. Congrats on the successful splice.

will use the existing shackle, so should not have any issues with it sticking
