Small Balck plastic fasteners

I am in need of a supplier for those plastic "latches" used on the cover for the emergency tiller cover and stern watertank fill, on a Hunter 34. I also have a set on the folding door to the aft cabin.I checked at hardware, marine and camper stores with no luck. If you replaced them, what did you use?

I believe that Hunter calls them black strap latches and they are about $15 each.
