Slowly fixing things

I replaced the plastic adapter on my galley sink pump with a brass one after I couldn't get it to work. It still wouldn't prime by itself. 3/8 barb check valves are on order.
The hasp was broken because if keep being stressed as the sliding hatch travels past the drop boards to keep rain out. I caved a spacer out of wood bought longer stainless bolts to attach an new hasp assembly.

Thats progress!!....I like an owner who fixes up and spends $$ on his sailboat!! Keep a list of the projects, materials anc cost.........you might be surprised of the number of upgrades and cost, but do not add the cost up.
