Thanks so much for your quick response The ketch is a grampian 34 feet and has draft of five feet she is not fancy but I have never seen so much storage in my life on this size of boat. We have seven just in our family not counting add alongs. She has a center cockpit,with a back cabin, it is a little diffcult to see over the front cabin two more inch would be nice this of course is if you are standing at her steering wheel. But we also looked at a 30 catlina has the same sleeping but not half the store. My wife likes the ketch best. I just don't want to make sailing harder then it has to be. But the extra space is worth a lot to us. we will be standing on her four days at a time most of the sailing season.We will be sailing on the east shore of michagin at evening and night. I am concerned she might not sail in light wind well? her spec. are as follows;loa34, beam10, displacement 12,000, ballast 4,800 lead keel.
