Sliding coambing box doors

I have a cockpit coambing box that has sliding doors. One of the doors cracked in three places. I fixed it but it again broke in the same place. So i think getting new sliding doors is in order.

The doors are made from white plexiglass and are 17.5" x 6.25" x .125 (nominal)". I can get the materials from eBay and cut it myself, but I cannot guarantee it will look nice.

So does anyone know of a location that will precut the doors for me?

Thanks

We have TAP Plastics up here in the bay area that does that including polishing of the edges if desired. Perhaps someone similar to that is near you.

Yeah, I guess Google should be my friend. But not sure how to word the search. I'll look around. TAP Plastics. I can use them as a reference for my search. Thanks

Brian, check out ePlastics.com
The brick and mortar store is San Diego and they have a large selection in stock and can cut for you. A sheet of .25 inch Lexan (acrylic) that is 24 inch x 48 inch is $68, so you'd probably get a sheet of .125 in opaque white for a little less. I think they'd charage about $40 for your cuts of you can cut it yourself.

Nother suggestion, Brian, is San Diego Plastics 2220 McKinley Avenue, National City CA 91950. They do fabrication on quite a number of different plastics. From what I've seen they are both good and reasonable.

Thanks guys. I did some more research and found both of those companies. I already contacted ePlastics for a quote and will also contact SD Plastics for the same quote. Much appreciated.
