before the boss decided to purchase a real skimmer i use to remove the oil film in the coolant resevoir wilth sheets of news paper.dip it in and take it out. to the hazmat container it went. didn't take but a normal newspaper and it was clean. where are all the skimmers during this time of crisis? with todays tecnology i could imagine a fleet working round the clock. besides they get their oil back to spill somewhere else...jb
