who knows the size for the large fixed ports for the hunter 260? and where can I buy one?

Contact Hunter Marine. They may have the part in stock. It is also possible that they can provide a drawing so someone can fabricate one for you.

Definitely contact Hunter Marine. Shortly after we bought our 1998 H260 we were sailing on a local river, and the current caught us and drew us into local docks when our motor died. A cruiser's bowsprit went right through the port; what a christening! Hunter Marine had them in stock and sent us a replacement quickly with instructions. It fit perfectly and has functioned great for many years now.
