Earlier this morning, we were in the center of T.S. Edouard. It's not a bad storm at all. Rain has been steady but on the light side. Winds were 41 to 46 knots. The eye passed over head earlier this morning with wave heights of 8- 10 ft. Now that Eduard has past to the west of us, we have winds at 25 to 30K and seas at 12 - 14 feet. Still a light steady rain.
This is a floating platform as opposed to the ones with solid legs. There is a slight rocking motion, but overall not bad at all.
Our satellite TV and internet keeps crapping out.

Is your service crapping out...

Because your dish is not on gimbals, or because of atmospheric conditions?

Ye, both oil and gas.
We are in deep water, approx. 3,200 feet but only about 50 to 60 miles south of mouth of Ms. River. This area is referred to as Mississippi Canyon.
