We've reached that time of year when we plan modifications and upgrades for the site in 2013.

We would really appreciate 10-15 minutes of your time to complete a 20 question survey that will help us determine what to do and which projects to tackle first.

Your answers are completely anonymous, the questions are easy, and your feedback is very important!

Phil, you run the best web site we know of, but I'll take your survey anyway.

Keith - you probably have pop-ups disabled. If you enable them for the domain sailboatowners.com it should work just fine.

Bill and Woodster, thanks for the kind words!

Phil I love this site and I'm glad I am retired so I don't get fired for spending so much time browsing. I really like the engineer wars like the prop thread. Those guys are a hoot. They would argue about when the sun comes up..

Thank for all you do.

Merry Christmas or more PC Happy Holidays.

Phil, when I use my IPad, on "current threads" and click on more, the IPad ap sends me back to the home page. When I re enter current threads, there are "more".

Hi Bill,

If you're using the app for ipad, the author is working on bug fixes. We don't have any access to the app to modify or correct anything.

Survey taken.

I have to agree with the previous posters that SBO is THE best sailing related site on the planet. You and the people on this site are, as mentioned before, class acts. I've been here since 2006 and I am a better sailor because of it. I've learned more from SBO than I have in any sailing school and the maintenance/repair information contained in here is invaluable. Thanks to the mobile site, I've made repairs underway and even asked "emergency" questions and received immediate responses from sailors worldwide. I don't think anyone would see that kind of response from any other site!

Keep up the great work and I wish the happiest of holidays to you, your family and all of the members of the SBO family!

Yeah, I think I'm going to do a little brown-nosing as well.:D

This is, hands down, the finest site going. I had tried a few others, and I guess it just didn't suit me, nuff said. I was greeted here warmly from the conception, (mine, not the sites), and have been a daily browser/poster ever since. By the very fact that I have not been "run off" yet, or the authorities notified has been MORE than enjoyable.

Thanks Phil, and all the moderators, and all of you others that have put up with my nutty a**. And my survey reflected this.

If I don't say it elsewhere, I truly wish all of you a very merry Christmas.

(And to all you doomsday preppers; what are all of you going to do with all that stored up food now? Consider a charity. And some help)...

Just to repeat

Big Phil, To repeat what others have said. You run a first class operation, both the site and the store. Every instance I have had, especially those when I have been stupid, you guys have stepped up taken care of any and all problems. I can't think of any way to improve what ya got, but I'll be happy to take the survey.

It's the people....

It's not the technology that's important - it's the people on this site that make it terrific. The people who post are:

Very knowledgeable.
Ready to share.
Abnormally patient.
Mostly civil.
Always funny.

If change is coming, give it to us in small doses.

But most of all, keep attracting good people and this site will remain on top.

Happy Holidays to all!
