Tuesday 12:50pm Pacific time: The ISP (internet service provider) who connects our servers to the internet backbone is having some serious hardware problems today. This has caused prolonged outages on all of our web sites, lists, and email services. While we are online right now, connect times are slow and additional outages are possible. We are urging our ISP (read: kicking their butts every 30 minutes) to resolve the problem. We anticipate normal connectivity by the end of the day. Thanks for your patience!
