Sink Pump Handle is busted

I have a 1980 Oday 23. I took it out of the water, put it on stands, and began using the sink to drain the water in the tank, so it doesn't freeze over the winter. The handle on the stuck a little bit, and then freed itself- now with no pressure on it whatsoever. I pump it back and forth- in fact, it is now loose, so that you can pump it back and forth with a few fingers. Nothing comes out. I seemed to have lost the seal on it or something. Anyone have any ideas on finding and fixing the problem?

Sink pump

Eric,I had a similar problem. The packing came loose inside the pump at the galley sink. I bought a kit at WM and rebuilt it. It's not a high tech operation. You should be able to get through it without breaking anything else. I'm not absolutely certain, but I think mine is a Fynspray. Tom
