I own a 1985 Catalina 30. In the galley, there is a double stainless sink. The drain immediately exiting the sink is made of plastic. This plastic bowl is cracked. Any idea where to get a replacement?

Home Depot

I just replaced mine and got the new fittings at Home Depot. They are the same fixtures as are used in wet bar sinks.

Better than plastic

West Marine sells a stainless steel replacement sink drain for about $7 each which is much better than the factory plastic one. I just replaced mine on both sinks. The stainless ones are much more durable and look nicer too. If you go this route, use plumbers putty to seal the new drain to the sink and simply plumb up the drain hose and you're done.
