Any suggestions where I can get those cutting boards that fit the sink cutouts?

I used...

one of the white ones that you can pick up anywhere. It has dimensions a little larger than the sink opening, so I could screw on 4 small rubber "bumpers" on one side. Each of the bumpers fits just inside one of the 4 corners of the sink, so the cutting board will stay centered over the sink opening and won't slide around. This way you can use the cutting board while its on the sink, or if used on the countertop, the bumpers grab and prevent movement. Took the picture in the middle of remodel. Good luck

Tap Plastics

Bob: Sounds like you have a few projects going at the same time! Leaks and cutting boards! Tap Plastics has the Poly material available in sheets. I suggest that you get the measurements for the cover and then get a couple of cleats to screw to the bottom (This will keep it from sliding around). The stuff cuts like wood (chips a lot), but it can be routed, sawed etc. Tap Plastics is in No. Cal., but you can order via phone.

...now there's a nice idea: simple, inexpensive and it'll hide those things that get stashed in the sink (at least on my boat) anyway. Brilliant!
