Sink drainage on a Hunter 340

Ahoy,

Do the sinks in the galley and head of the Hunter 340 drain directly into the water. I 'm presuming they are a straight hose to a gate-valve through the hull.

Yes they do. See page 37. You should also know where all the thru-hulls are located.

Just Replaced all my hoses

Bob,
I just replaced all my original hosing throughout my 2000 340. Under the galley sink, bottom shelf, there is a access panel that you lift out. Right there you will see the thru hull and ball valve lever.
If you need pictures I have them, let me know.

There should not be a gate valve on an h340.
