Single to Double Rail Cockpit?

Planning on doing some upgrades, one I'm considering is to go from the current single rail on the cockpit to a double rail system and add the "stern perch seats". I've looked at another Catalina 27 in my marina and it looks like just a matter of switching them out. Two Questions: Has anyone done this before? Where can I find a double rail? As always any help is greatly appreciated.

What I was thinking is I would swap out the whole stern rail unit and order another one from Catalina. I talked with them and they said they had 1 guy do this before but it wasn't as easy as I'd hoped. I think I'll put this one on the back burner for awhile. thanks again
