If you are going to fly a sail, you need an auto pilot.

Once the AP is aboard the asymmetrical is a piece of cake to fly if you have sock.

If you want to go deeper downwind, the asymmetrical can be flown as a conventional spinnaker if you have a spinnaker pole. Single handed, it is an easy procedure. You get the asymmetrical up. Go forward and rig the spinnaker pole. Attach a guy to the AS and disconnect the tack and trim as needed.
