Simulated Teak Decking

We have pulled out the carpet from our Catalina 30 and have been researching alternate deck material. I have found something called Isiteek http://www.isiteek.com/ and NuTeak http://www.nuteak.com/ Has anyone had experience with products like these?

Don't forget about Plasteak. Loincoin also has a product that simulates the teak look too.

All of the newer (since about 2005) Catalinas use a product called Lonseal. Comes in many different finishes, is durable, good wet traction, and very hard to tell from the real thing.

paint the deck brown, then paint black stripes along it to simulate polysulfide caulk

I have a Catalina 30 and thought about the very same stuff to put down. My hesitation is around the difficulty in paying it down as a DIY job. Does anyone have experience laying this stuff down?
