Jim, Have you ever simplified your instructions for your various products? The old ones were known to be a bit confusing. I've got several of your products and will be taking a few days to wash down and polish an old Catalina with the typical flat chalky look. What's the proper order or sequence for getting the best results.

Funny you should ask: Your wish is my command!!

Spent some time (more time than I though it would be) to completely redo the online instruction book. It was posted today (8/10/01). Still has a few typos and link problems we are fixing for monday. I would be glad of your comments. The instruction book is now menu driven. Want to clean and inflatable: CLICK; want to restore gelcoat: CLICK etc. Vents and Fenders: CLICK etc. Be glad of any feedback, negative or positive. I taken particular care over the gelcoat section. Thanks Jim Willis

OK Jim, I am headed. . . .

over there to your web-site. Be right back. . . . . Wow, nice job! Just printed and read the section on restoring gelcoat. Only complaint would be that I had to cut and paste that section into a Word document. If I print from your site I would get the entire set of instructions, many more pages than the four that I wanted. I always keep a copy in my 3-ring binder on the boat. Thanks Jim.

Thanks, Jim

I copied all 24 pages. You never know when someone else may need them. I have recommended the products to all the folks who compliment me on the appearance of the boat. By the way, I used the sample bottle of non-skid sealant and the only complaint I have is that I wish I had enough to do all the non-skid. It is holding up well, but now I'd like to do a second coat. Yeah, I know, I'll fork over the bucks to buy a bottle. By the way, are you considering packaging the products in larger size containers? Tom

On instruction book and non-skid

On printing out the instruction book - it does give you the whole lot. I hadn't thought of seding the section to word but will in future. Then if someone buys for a particular purpose they can just use it that way. TAP plastics are also going to do this for their stores. Why is it hat I keep noticing more and more typos? (will try to fix this week). I am trying to get samples of the non-skid sealant and a new SUPERGLAZE product out to Sept boat shows in Texas and Southhamptong UK. The latter is for painted surfaces (inc cars, RVS, and good gelcoat or that already sealed with Superwax. It is all resin and very touch and hard but very runny ( alittle goes a very long way. Can be appled over good waxed surfaces too without need for precleaning. Will try to post a new page with pictures later this week or this weekend showing how the non-skid works in protecting agains old enging oil etc. Thanks for the feedback- criticism or modification is welcome.
